Trans4m Navigator - missing files when saving print jobs to the Desktop
This issue was recently discovered after implementing the AutoElevate application and removing the user from the local Administrators group on their computers.
Issue:
In the Trans4m Navigator menu, clicking on Print Preview and Save As initially points to the Public Desktop folder.


The Public Desktop folder typically contains few files or folders.

Solution:
Go to the user's Desktop folder in OneDrive and save the document there. This folder path will become the default "Save As" location once the file is saved here.
