Update your Outlook Password (iPhone)
Follow these common steps to update the password on your mobile device to synchronize Outlook email and calendar.
If you are using the "built-in" mail app on your Mobile device.
Go to Settings -->Mail -->Accounts
Choose ITW
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Re-Enter Password"
Enter your updated password
Authenticate either by Text, Phone, or Microsoft Authenticator App
Done!
If you are using the Outlook App on your Mobile device.
- Open the Outlook App on your mobile
- Tap your Icon in the upper left corner
- Tap the Gear Icon at the bottom
- Select your ITW account
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap "Edit Login Information"
- Tap Sign in
Done!
