Trans4m "commander.ocx" error

When attempting to sign into Trans4m, did you get the following error?

If so, please follow these steps to resolve your issue.

Step 1: Right click on the Trans4m Navigator shortcut and select the properties tab at the bottom.

Step 2: Once the properties tab is opened, under the shortcut menu select advanced.

Step 3: Once the advanced properties tab is opened, check the run as administrator box, then hit ok and close everything out.

Step 4: Click on the Trans4m navigator and attempt to login again. You should now be able to log in without any issue!
